The Triangle Complex Fire
Yes I was actually on my walk/run at just after 9 am and saw the first wispy plumes of smoke. I thought it was another house fire. We've had a couple this year locally. Which has made me paranoid as heck. Anyhoo....who knew it was gonna grow into the howling monster it became. We were about 4 mile from the eastern flank. Which made for a great view... and a few terrifying nights hoping the wind didn't shift. Here so pics, I didn't take these... but I do have a couple from my street. I'll post those soon. :)!

These fires are just awful! I hope everything is ok now.
It's amazing how something so scary, destructive and deadly can also be pretty. Your photos are amazing.
